Thorp Man's Court Appearance Pushed Back

-A Thorp man’s initial appearance in Clark County Court has been pushed back to June.
Scott Gurklis, has charges of substantial battery and strangulation filed against him after he allegedly choked his boss and later knocked him to the ground.
A cash bond was set at 500 dollars back in April. His initial appearance was supposed to happen yesterday, however it is now scheduled for June.
Gurklis could face a maximum penalty of 2.5 years in prison.
