Mets To Host 2013 MLB All-Star Game

With Commissioner Bud Selig and New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg in attendance, it was announced this morning that the Mets will host the 2013 All-Star Game on July 16, 2013.
It will mark the city's ninth All-Star Game, but the first in Queens since 1964. New York last hosted the game in 2008 at old Yankee Stadium.
This summer's game is scheduled for July 10 in Kansas City.
