Loyal School District Preparing for Technology Initiative

-The Loyal School Board is taking the first steps necessary for its Technology Initiative.
The purpose of the technology initiative is to put a computing device in the hands of every student in the Loyal School District. Kindergarten through 2nd grade would receive iPads and the rest of the grades would have laptops.
At the board meeting on Wednesday, the board approved to outfit the entire district with wireless internet. They are hoping that by the beginning of next year the building will be properly equipped.
For now, the board has decided to wait on bringing the tech in until the district is ready to support it.
