Clark County Woman Charged with Child Neglect

-A Clark County woman is charged after her child was found walking the street wearing only a shirt and a coat.
According to WEAU, court documents show Miranda Dolle, 25, is charged with child neglect. Loyal Police say the child wandered into a bar alone and partially naked on March 3rd. When they went to find the child's mother, they found her asleep and the home was in an unsanitary condition.
Dolle told police she thought a babysitter was watching the child.
