Status Conference for Home Invasion Suspect

-Robert Stargardt had a status conference in Clark County Court yesterday.
Stargardt is accused of being an accomplice to Alexander Lee and both individuals are being charged with the brutal beating of Lance Poeschel in early February. The charges filed against them include battery and theft.
Darwin Zwieg appeared on behalf of the state and Christine Kuczynski appeared in defense of Stargardt.
Christine informed the court that her client wanted to waive his preliminary hearing and she then entered a not guilty plea into the record.
Stargardt now has a future court date set for June.
