More Information Regarding Stanley Prison Guard

-I have more information for you regarding the prison guard assaulted at the Stanley Prison.
The incident occurred Monday morning and the Stanley Police Department responded to reports of an assault by an inmate at the Prison.
A female and male guard received injuries and were taken to the hospital for treatment and released; the inmate was not injured.
I will have more information for you as it become available, but for now the incident is being investigated.
