Neillsville to be Featured on Discover Wisconsin

-The Neillsville Area will be featured on a segment of Discover Wisconsin.
Preparations are underway for a local promotional campaign, which includes the production of a Discover Wisconsin segment featuring Clark County’s ATV trails. Although the episode’s theme highlights the outdoor sport, the content will target what the surrounding area has to offer.
A popular television series introduced in 1987, Discover Wisconsin is broadcast to over 11.5 million homes.
This project is a collaborative effort funded by the City of Neillsville’s Economic Development Commission, the Clark County Forestry and Parks Department, and the Neillsville Area Chamber of Commerce. “It’s a privilege to be recognized as a Discover Wisconsin Choice Destination,” said Deanna Heiman, Executive Director of the Neillsville Area Chamber of Commerce, “This is a great promotional opportunity, which we hope will have a significant positive impact on the local economy.”
The footage for the segment will be shot later this year when fall colors are at their peak, with the episode scheduled to air in the spring of 2013.
