-Joel Raine recently volunteered at The Highground by grading the hillside of the road leading to the new Persian Gulf Tribute site – a new exhibit expected to open in 2014. The Highground would like to thank Joel for volunteering his time and the use of his tractor.
During the upcoming Work Week (April 25 – 2 The Highground will utilize the manpower of approximately 250 volunteers who gather every year to clear brush, trim trees, plant grass and flowers as well as repair walkways and basically ready the Veteran’s Memorial Park for the 2012 season.
