Gilman Man Makes Court Appearance

-A Gilman man made a court appearance for various charges yesterday.
Adam Rivera was arrested near Owen for operating a vehicle with a revoked license, operating left of center, speeding in a 55 mph zone, operating a vehicle above the legal limit his 8th offense, and operating a vehicle while intoxicated his 8th, offense.
Rivera did enter a no contest plea on the OWI offense and the operating above the legal limit offense. The traffic charges were dismissed on this plea. A pre-sentencing investigation was ordered.
Rivera has a sentencing hearing scheduled for June 22.
