-The Eric Koula trial has been delayed a second time.

Eric Koula, a former Neillsville resident, has been accused of killing his parents in their Town of Barre home in May of 2010. Reports indicated that Koula was facing financial difficulties and thought he could profit from his parents death.

He was originally scheduled for trial in December, but it was delayed until April, now it has been delayed until June 4th of this year. The defense attorney has delayed the trial because they asked for more time to review the DNA evidence to be analyzed.

Koula is pleading not guilty to charges of homicide and he could face life in prison if he is convicted.
