Suspect in Home Invasion Makes Court Appearance

-Jared Voss made a court appearance yesterday.
Voss, who was recently arrested for his part in a home invasion and assault on the homeowners, was in court for another battery charge that was filed against him.
At the beginning of the trial prosecuting attorney, Craig Lambert said he would be excusing himself from the trial, in the near future, because of a conflict of interests, in this case having an existing relationship with Voss.
Richard Hamiliton testified to being in an altercation with Voss. He was struck outside the bar and then fell to the ground where he was kicked in the head several times.
Chad Carey was a witness to the event and verified what Hamiliton had to say.
A further court date will be decided later on as probable cause determined.
