Gilman Man Makes Court Appearance for 8th OWI

-Adam Rivera made his initial court appearance yesterday.
Rivera, of Gilman, was arrested in early February near Withee and has several charges filed against him including OWI 8th offense, operating a motor vehicle with a revoked license, speeding, and operating left of center.
Rivera appeared via video from the Eau Claire County Jail and waived the reading of the compliant and the time limits for the preliminary hearing.
He will appear in court again on March 20th for a pre-trial conference and the again on April 4th for a status conference.
