Large Winter Storm Looms Over Wisconsin

-A Winter Storm continues to make its way to Wisconsin.
According to the National Weather Service in La Crosse, the storm could bring a wintery mix to the area. It looks like the precipitation will spread west of the Mississippi this afternoon and then over Western Wisconsin this evening. The precipitation will continue through the evening.
Depending on where you are will depend on just how much snow we’ll see. The farther north of Hwy 29 you are you could see 6-12 inches. The farther south could see 2 to 6 inches, but with a better chance of sleet and rain.
A winter storm watch is in effect from 6 pm to today to 6 pm tomorrow for most of the area. Travel could be very hazardous during this storm so please be cautious.
