8th OWI Offense

-Charges were filed against a Gilman man for his 8th OWI offense.
39-year-old Adam Rivera was pulled over in the Township of Withee on Hwy 73. Rivera was speeding as well as being on the wrong side of the road. He had no license.
8th OWI offenses are rare and Rivera could face a maximum of 10 years in prison and $25,000 dollars in fines.
