WALTEMATE COMPETING AT NATIONAL SILVER GLOVES

Jacob Waltemate of Neillsville, a member of Community Boxing Club is already a state champion, and a two-time junior Olympic champion and this Wednesday he will be competing in the 14/15 year-old, 147 lb weight class, representing Region 4, with Team Wisconsin at the National Silver Gloves Tournament.
The tournament goes thru Saturday in Independence, Missouri. Beyond the Silver Gloves Tournament, the future for Jake looks bright too. Waltemate is already receiving inquiries from the Future Olympics Boxing Association.
Jake and Community Boxing Club would like to thank the individuals and local businesses for their continued outstanding support. Many local businesses donated to cover travel expenses to the Regional and National tournaments.
