MARAWOOD WRESTLING MEET

For the last seven years, the Edgar wrestlers have been on top of the Marawood Conference. Since 2005, the Wildcats won the league title outright four times, and had a shared of title the other three.
By going 7-0 during the conference dual meet schedule, the Wildcats are the favorites to with their eighth straight championship this Saturday at Park Falls. Edgar has won both the dual meet and tournament titles in 2006, 2007, 2009 and 2010. Following Edgar in the dual meet standings was Stratford with a 6-1 mark and Pittsville at 5-2.
Edgar also has the most returning individual champions this year with five, while Pittsville has three, and Athens has two.
