RUDY STILL MISSING; LITTLE NEW INFO

It’s been nearly three weeks, and a pregnant Thorp woman remains missing. 21-year-old Christine Rudy was last seen on November 12th. Her husband told authorities he left her on a rural Clark County road during an argument.
The couple had married in August, and she is six-months pregnant.
The Sheriff’s Department is still treating this as a “missing person” case, but authorities have maintained they are not ruling out foul play.
The woman’s husband, 23-year-old Shaun Rudy, is expected to make an initial appearance on unrelated drug paraphernalia and firearm charges this afternoon. He is being held in the Clark County jail on a $1,000 cash bond and a probation hold.
The case received national attention last night on CNN Headline News’ “Nancy Grace” program as well as a Fox News program.
During an interview with CNN, Chief Deputy Jim Backus of the Clark County Sheriff’s Department said this wasn’t the first time Shaun Rudy left his wife during an argument. Backus says the man told authorities that he had recently left his wife on a hill in Crawford County. Rudy told authorities that Christine walked 8-miles to a church where she him, he then picked her up.
