McDONOUGH TO JOIN MARSHFIELD CLINIC

McDonough Orthopaedic & Sports Medicine Center in Wisconsin Rapids is joining Marshfield Clinic and will become Marshfield Clinic Wisconsin Rapids Orthopedic Center. The change is effective Jan. 30.
Dr. John McDonough said joining with Marshfield Clinic will enhance the services presently offered and allow for the addition of new services, such as expanded subspecialty orthopedic surgery, at the center, which is in the West Medical Building at Riverview Medical Center. Dr. Laura Nelson, chief medical officer at Marshfield Clinic, said the new facility will be a great asset for Wisconsin Rapids and the surrounding area.
The new center joins the Marshfield Clinic Wisconsin Rapids Center, which opened in 2003.
