Yet another development in a politically tense state.

According to the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, at least four FBI agents were at the home of a former top aide to Gov. Scott Walker Wednesday morning.

Cindy Archer, 52, cited family private family concerns when she abruptly resigned from her post in Governor's administration last month. Reporters found she was already given another appointment in a different department.

The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reports this morning that FBI agents and deputies from the Dane County Sheriff's Department searched her east-side Madison home Wednesday morning.

They were observed with cameras and removing a large banker's box from the home.

There is no official word on what prompted the investigation.
