DADS AND LADS AWARDS

The Neillsville Recreation Department held their annual Dads and Lads award picnic on Thursday, July 14th. All boys and girls received certificates for their participation.
Teams and their honored players:
Yankees: Keeghan Hoeper, Reese McDonald, Chase Snyder-McDonald, Sam Tomlin, Callee Mohr, Lainey Horn, Macci Elmhorst and Carter Schoengarth.
Reds: Amelia Trunkel, Luke Dux, Paige & Parker Voigt, Keegan Dickinson, Tyler Vance, Ella King and Braylon Boyer.
White Sox: Jacob Kopp, Sam Hayes, Issac Berger, Alex Northup, Sean Cooper, Delany Rochester, Austin Gilles and Miranda Mijal.
Twins: Dante Erickson, Derek Zschernitz, Gavin Barth, Delainey Johnson, Griffin Abbott, Kane Johnson, Logan Erickson, Bryce Erickson and Chase Tibbett.
Dads and Lads is a baseball program for 6 year old boys and girls which stresses parental involvement and concentrates on the fundamentals of the sport with no emphasis on winning and losing. The Rec Department would like to thank the volunteer coaches of the program: Bryan Dux, Sue Voigt, Chad & Kevin Erickson, Jason Tibbett, Dave McDonald, Randy Elmhorst, Katie Mohr, Cody Northup, Rick Rochester and Rick Gilles.
