MEN STEAL DUMP TRUCK, GET IT STUCK

Two men were arrested early last Friday morning after allegedly stealing a dump truck.
According to police reports, a Clark County Sheriff’s Deputy noticed suspicious activity at the offices of an excavation and trucking company located south of Neillsville.
He investigated at around 4 a.m. and apprehended two individuals.
Later that morning, the business owner reported he was missing a dump truck. That vehicle was later found near Kwik Trip in Neillsville.
Authorities believe the men stole the dump truck and got it stuck. They were in the process of trying to steal another vehicle to pull out of the dump truck when the heads-up deputy spotted them.
No charges had been filed as Monday afternoon.
