CLARK CO. MEDIAN HOME PRICE DROPS

Looking for a cheap house? Clark County is a good place to start.
According to the latest figures released by the Wisconsin Realtor’s Association, the median price of a Clark County home sold in May was only $62,250; that’s the third lowest price in the state and a drop of 17% from May 2010.
The median price in Clark County is 54% lower than the statewide median price of $136,700.
The WRA report indicates sales of existing homes fell 22.6% compared to May of last year, while the median sales price was down 5.2% statewide.
