There seems to be some improvement in the housing market in Clark County, though our median home price remains among the lowest in the state.
The Wisconsin Realtors Association released data this week that shows there have been 36 homes sold in the past year; an 80% increase from the year ending last March.
The median price improved 3% to $70,000. That is the 8th lowest median price among the state counties included in the report.
Clark County’s median price is well off the statewide average of $122,000.
