The new mayor of the City of Loyal didn’t even appear on the ballot.
Dave Williams mounted a last minute write-in campaign and defeated Mike Hayes 160 to 138.
In the Village of Granton, Tom Gorst defeated Gerald Steinbach 47 to 44 to maintain his position as Village President.
