FOEMMEL TAKES 2ND IN GEORGIA

Strongman Carl Foemmel of Chili participated in the Southern Strongman Challenge in Augusta, Georgia this past Saturday and finished 2nd overall out of 27 competitors. Marshall White of Colorado took 1st. Carl said that being consistant in all the events helps in your overall finish. Here are the events that Carl competed in and how he finished in each of them:
Last Man Standing Yolk - Carl carried 1,030 lbs for 60 feet - finished 2nd
Car Dead Lift - Carl had 8 reps in 1 minute - finished 3rd
Iron Log Press - 315 lbs. - finished 2nd
Husafelt Stone Lift - carried 400 pound stone 110 feet - finished 5th or 6th.
