Another Neillsville student is facing possible expulsion for bringing marijuana to school.

According to superintendent John Gaier, school officials received a tip from students that a 16-year-old male student had a baggie of marijuana in the school.

School officials got the marijuana from the 10th grade student and turned it over to the Neillsville Police Department, who is investigating and will likely refer the matter to juvenile court.

An expulsion hearing is scheduled for March 7th at 6:30.

Police say they were also alerted yesterday that another baggie of marijuana was found on the floor in the school.

This case comes after a female junior high student was expelled for bringing marijuana-laced brownies to school.
