ANONOMYOUS DONOR SAVES 7TH GRADE TRIP
Monday, September 19th, 2005 -- 11:51 am Posted by Riley Hebert-News Director
Neillsville’s 7th grade class will get to go the Renaissance Fair in Minnesota afterall. The annual trip was originally denied by the Neillsville School board because of concerns over the price of gas, but school administrator John Gaier tells WCCN an anonomyous donor has stepped forward to cover the cost of the trip. It’s expected the trip will cost up to $270 per bus. In response to the high gas prices, Gaier says the board will be scrutinizing all field trips more closely this year.
