HURD WINDOWS ACQUIRES NJ COMPANY

An area window manufacturer is expanding.
Medford-based Hurd Windows & Doors Inc. has acquired Superseal Manufacturing of New Jersey. That company makes vinyl and aluminum windows and doors.
Hurd is trying to expand its product mix.
Hurd has factories in Medford and Merrill. Its products are sold through more than 400 distributors in 20 countries.
