11(!) CANDIDATES FOR 2 GRANTON BOARD POSITIONS

We’re not sure, but this is probably some kind of record.
The filing deadline for the Spring Election came and went yesterday at 5 p.m. There are 11 candidates for 2 open seats on the Granton School Board.
Dave Wolf, Paul Wolf, Dave Johannson, Doug Eichten, James Chadwick, Sara A. Dean, Omar Young, Terry J. Foss, John W. Richmond, Marcy E. West – Leggate and Carol Lynn Jordan have all filed the proper paperwork to run.
There will be a primary on February 15th where the 11 names are whittled down to 4 before the April General Election.
Current board members Jeff Andrews and Lois Garbisch are not seeking reelection.
