An E. coli outbreak that sickened four people has been contained.
Health officials in Marathon County say Zillman Meat Market of Wausau can resume making sausage and other smoked products.
One was briefly hospitalized after eating wild game that was processed at the plant. The facility has since been sanitized and the market's fresh meat remains safe if it's cooked properly.
