JACKSON CO. INVESTIGATES 'SUSPICIOUS' DEATH

The Jackson County Sheriff says the death of a man near Melrose could be connected to recent burglaries in the area.
According to WEAU-TV, authorities aren’t saying much about the incident right now. They do say the man’s truck is missing.
Authorities were called at around 9 a.m. yesterday after a neighbor found the man’s body.
The Sheriff says he will not say how the man died.
The sheriff says the victim's missing truck is a red, 2008 Dodge Ram Extended Cab, pickup truck with a black brush guard. The license plate is FG7136. If you see the truck you're asked to call the Jackson County Sheriff's department at 715-284-5357.
