The median sale price of a home in Clark County jumped 6% to about $80,000 in September, but it’s still the 2nd lowest price in Wisconsin.
According to data released today by the Wisconsin Realtors Association, 14 homes were sold in Clark County in September—that figure was unchanged from last year.
The $80,000 median price is the 2nd lowest reported, just ahead of Rock County in south-central Wisconsin.
It’s also over three times lower than the median price in Ozaukee County of $250,000.
