5TH AND 6TH GRADE BASKETBALL TEAMS TO FORM

The Neillsville Recreation Department is now holding registration for any 5th or 6th grade, boys or girls interested in playing basketball this upcoming season. Nate Ehlen will oversee the boys' teams while Duane King will coach the 5th grade girls and Matt Diestler and Al Schoengarth will lead the 6th grade girls. No previous basketball experience is necessary and their is no initial cost for the program. The coaches will focus on teaching the fundamentals of basketball with competitive games also scheduled throughout the season. Practices will begin in early November. Interested individuals may sign-up on the form provided in the Middle School office or may register by phoning the Nsv. Rec. Dept. at 743-2400. Registration deadline is October 22nd.
