WIAA GIRLS GOLF SECTIONALS TUESDAY

Area teams and individuals will be participating in Sectionals around the state on Tuesday with a chance to go to State next week in Madision. The top 2 teams and the top 3 individuals not on those qualifying teams will advance to State. In Division 1 Ashley Nickel, Lauren Thompson and Emily Mallek from Stevens Point and Kennedy McDonald from Wisconsin Rapids will be competing at the Holmen Sectional. In Division 2, Eau Claire Regis will compete as a team while Willa Hammett-Hayes and Shandyll Fredrickson will compete as individuals at Somerset, while Osseo-Fairchild will be at the Madision Edgewood Sectional along with Courtney Pickett of Neillsville and Allie Nelson of Augusta. State Girls Golf will be Monday and Tuesday, Oct. 11th and 12th at University Ridge in Madison.
