SUTTON TO ZICKERT COMBO KEYS WARRIOR WIN

A couple of touchdown passes from Adam Sutton to Derek Zickert was the difference Friday night as Neillsville downed Cadott 18-6. Neillsville (2-3) took over on their own 7 yard line after a Cadott fumble in the first quarter and drove to the Hornet (1-4) 12 where on 4th down Sutton found Zickert for the first score. Then late in the first half after another Cadott turnover, Neillsville scored again on a Sutton to Zickert scoring strike. The Warriors also got a 54 yard TD run from Dodger Bautch in the 3rd quarter to seal the win. Neillsville's defense played very well, stopping Cadott on numerous 4th down sitautions. Ryan Naughton ran well for the Warriors with over 100 yards on the ground. Neillsville is at Altoona this Friday. You can hear live on 92.7 FM WPKG at 7 pm.
