UPDATE: NO RECORD FOR BLACK RIVER IN NEILLSVILLE

The Black River crested at 18.71 feet at around 7 a.m. Friday morning.
That was above the flood stage of 18-feet, but well off the record river stage of 23.8 feet set back in 1938.
That crest was the highest since 1993 when the river crested at 19.3 feet and the 7th highest level ever recorded.
