RECOUNT UNDERWAY IN TREMPEALEAU CO.

There will be a recount in a local Sheriff’s primary election.
Two candidates in the race for Trempealeau County Sheriff were separated by only six votes last Tuesday. Now, Terry Daffinson is asking for the recount. He received 1506 votes, while incumbent Sheriff Richard Anderson got 1512 votes.
The recount process began this morning and could take up to three days.
