Elsewhere around the area: Marathon County’s property value jumped 6.64% (50th) Taylor County’s property value jumped 4.42% (67th) Jackson County’s property value jumped 4.32% (68th) Wood County’s property value jumped only 3.47% (70th) Shawano County had the slowest-paced property growth in the state (3.27%).
