XCEL: EXPECT HEATING BILL INCREASE

Your heating bills might be headed up this winter.
Current gas prices are about 3-percent lower than last year's, but this winter is expected to be a bit tougher than last winter, which will likely lead to increased demand.
Xcel is predicting your gas bill will be 5 to 10-percent higher.
