CHANGES COMING TO MISS CLARK CO. PAGEANT

The Clark County Fair gets underway today.
Yesterday, Dale Erickson chatted with Charlotte Rasmussen, who is organizing the Miss Clark County Coronation, which gets underway tonight (Wednesday) at 7:30 at the American Legion.
There are four contestants this year. The judging is already underway.
"They've already had their photo shoot, they've prepared a speech. At the finale, we have a panel of three judges that will ask them the same set of questions," she explains.
Whoever is picked will have a busy year ahead of them.
"They will do the Loyal parade right away. Hatfield has a parade. Granton has a parade," Rasmussen says.
Charlotte says this year will be the first year there will be only a queen and a 1st attendant. Next year, there will be no court, just the Fairest of the Fair.
We will broadcast tonight’s coronation on Memories 1370 beginning at 7:30 p.m.
