THINK FALL!

We’re in the heart of summer, but folks in Granton are encouraged to “think fall”.
Plans for the 60th annual Granton Fall Festival are underway with the event scheduled for September 10th to 12th this year. Nominations for the Honored Grandparents and Honored Citizens are currently being accepted.
The final selection of the Honored Grandparent winner is determined from essays submitted by youth on the topic of “Why My Grandparents Are Special.”
Nominations of the Honored Citizens of Granton are also being accepted. The winners selected will lead the festival parade. Nomination letters highlighting what the candidates have done for the Granton area community are also due July 26 and may be sent to Cheryl Steinbach at Granton High School.
