DAM PROJECT UNDERWAY IN BRF

A big dam reconstruction project is underway in Black River Falls.
According to City Utilities Manager Jerry Ewert, construction of the new $10-million dollar dam project started Tuesday.
Crews from Hoffman Construction have begun moving some rocks and materials to create an access road down into the river.
The design plans were approved just last Thursday.
