A criminal case against the ex-girlfriend of a state representative continues to move forward, nearly three years after the alleged offenses.

36-year-old Lisa Brabazon faces 15 felonies and 4 misdemeanors for allegedly using Rep. Scott Suder's checks and credit cards without permission back in 2007. The two were living together at the time.

According to the criminal complaint, Suder went to authorities after he noticed his balance statements didn't add up and Brabazon had written numerous checks to herself.

Brabazon didn't deny writing the checks or using Suder's credit cards, but says she had his permission. The two had been living together, and Brabazon claims Suder gave her permission to use his accounts when he was in Madison.

The case was recently scheduled for a jury trial, which will begin on December 7th, in Marathon County Circuit Court.
