SEX OFFENDER TO RESIDE IN AREA

The Clark County Sheriff’s Department is announcing the release of a registered sex offender in the area. 36-year-old Kevin Gaetz will be living on Third Street in Spencer. Gaetz has served a sentence for sexual assault and first-degree sexual assault of a child. His victims were both prepubescent females and males. His criminal history places him in a classification level which reflects the potential to re-offend. Under Wisconsin state statute, law enforcement is authorized to inform the public of a sex offender’s release when, in the discretion of the agency, the release of information will enhance public safety.
