A 20-year-old Wisconsin Rapids man got stuck after trying to slide down a laundry chute.

Authorities say the man's chest became wedged in the chute after he took a dare from some children Saturday.

The man's legs dangling in the basement when rescue crews arrived. The tried pulling him by the arms, but couldn't.

Firefighters eventually had to use a saw to cut a hole in the wall and pull the man to safety. He had trouble breathing and his arms were above his head.
