TWO SENT TO HOSPITAL AFTER CRASH

Two area women were taken to Memorial Medical Center after an accident on USH 10 Thursday morning.
According to the preliminary reports, 18-year-old Noelle Fitzmaurice of Neillsville was stopped in traffic on USH 10, waiting to make a left-hand turn.
A vehicle operated by 36-year-old Rebecca Stenulson of Granton crossed the centerline, striking Fitzmaurice’s vehicle head-on.
Both were taken to the hospital. Fitzmaurice was treated and released. Stenulson’s condition is unknown.
The accident remains under investigation.
