Posted by Riley Hebert-News Director

The Highground Veterans Memorial Park was recently surprised by a much-needed gift.

They learned the heat exchanger on their furnace went out and would have to be replaced. They called around, eventually speaking with Dale Borreson from Dale’s Refrigeration and Heating in Black River Falls.

They got connected with Lennox Heating, who informed The Highground they would donate two new furnaces at no charge.

Lennox is also working on a program to assist the deployed veterans’ families who are experiencing heating problems.
