REGIONAL WRESTLING ON SATURDAY

WIAA Regionals in high school wrestling will be held around the state on Saturday including one in Neillsville. Neillsville's Regional will start Saturday at 10:30 am. Schools involved will be Abbotsford/Colby, Bloomer, Chetek/Prairie Farm, Medford, Neillsville and Stanley-Boyd. The top two individuals in each weight class advance to the Individual Sectional next Saturday in Somerset, while the top team in the Regional will advance to the Team Sectional on Tuesday in Amery. Area teams will also be at Regionals in West Salem, Phillips, Pittsville, Wausau East and Menasha. The top two individuals in each weight class advance to Sectionals in Divisions 2 & 3 while the top 4 in each weight class advance on in Division 1.
