GUBERNOT PLEADS NOT GUILTY

A man accused of murdering his girlfriend pleaded not guilty to the charges Thursday.
Authorities say Gregory Gubernot, 44, killed his girlfriend, Theresa Lynn Still.
Gubernot entered the plea in Eau Claire County Court to a felony charge of first-degree intentional homicide.
According the criminal complaint, Gubernot beat and strangled Still the night of Dec. 27 at the home they shared in Altoona and dumped her body in a remote area in Adams County.
