AREA FOOTBALL PLAYERS ANNOUNCE INTENTIONS DURING 2010 NATIONAL SIGNING DAY

Wednesday was the day high school football players announced their intentions for college football in the fall. Here are where a few area football players plan to play this fall:
Purdue - QB/ATH Justin Sinz (6-5, 230), Edgar
Winona State - OL Cale Schliesman (6-5, 315), Marshfield
UW-La Crosse - RB/ATH Paul Schecklman (6-0, 191), Marshfield
DE Brandon Heeg (6-5, 200), Marshfield
WR Ben Johnson (6-3, 170), Marshfield
Minnesota-Crookston - DL Ryan Kitzhaber (6-3, 250), Owen-Withee
UW-Platteville - OL Zach Berger (6-0, 25 , Marshfield
DB Brandon Franseen (6-0, 161), Marshfield
A reminder, none of these commitments are official until a player signs his national letter of intent.
